Meet Nicole Brucculeri

MA, RP, CCC | EMDRIA Certified Therapist | EMDRIA Consultant in Training (CIT)

Nicole provides EMDR consultation for clinicians who want to strengthen their foundation in standard EMDR therapy and deepen their work with complex clinical presentations. Her consultation is grounded in comprehensive case conceptualization and integrates attachment-informed and parts-informed perspectives to support thoughtful, individualized EMDR treatment planning.

Nicole supports clinicians at different stages of their EMDR practice, from therapists consolidating their learning after EMDR Basic Training to experienced clinicians seeking deeper consultation around complex trauma, dissociation, attachment wounds, addictions, emotion-regulation difficulties, and nuanced clinical decision-making.

About Nicole

Nicole is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, a Certified Canadian Counsellor, an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, and an EMDRIA Consultant in Training (CIT).

Her clinical work supports individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma (C-PTSD), attachment wounds, dissociation, addictions, and emotion-regulation difficulties. Nicole’s approach is grounded in EMDR therapy, viewed through an attachment-based lens and informed by parts work.

She is particularly interested in helping therapists look beyond symptoms or isolated interventions to understand a client’s developmental experiences, attachment relationships, adaptive responses, and the factors contributing to their current presentation.

My Approach to Consultation

“I view consultation as a collaborative opportunity to slow down, become curious, and develop a deeper understanding of the people we serve. I believe meaningful treatment planning begins with comprehensive case conceptualization, not simply identifying symptoms or selecting interventions.

“In our work together, I support therapists in strengthening their foundation in standard EMDR therapy while also helping them think more deeply about complex clinical presentations. We may explore developmental experiences, attachment relationships, adaptive responses, defences, dissociation, and the therapeutic relationship as part of developing a clear, individualized understanding of each client.

“My hope is that you leave consultation with greater confidence in your clinical decision-making, stronger EMDR case conceptualization skills, and a clearer, more compassionate understanding of each client’s experience.”
