Her approach is grounded in EMDR therapy, viewed through an attachment-based lens and informed by parts work.

“I view consultation as a collaborative space to slow down, become curious, and develop a deeper understanding of the people we serve. My hope is that therapists leave with greater confidence in their clinical decision-making and a clearer, more compassionate understanding of each client’s experience.”

Areas of focus: Complex trauma, attachment-informed EMDR therapy, dissociation, parts-informed work, addictions, and individualized treatment planning.
